Brought to you by Faetryn's friends from all over the globe:
I wish I was in NYC earlier this month for the New Yorker Conference. It looked fun and thought-provoking. But thank God for the www and broadband connection (or in my case - almost broadband) so we can watch these instead.
I've never heard of Speaking of Faith before - kickin' myself for it. A friend sent the recent piece on Shane Claiborne and the Simple Way. So cool.
"You've never heard of digg?" - says he. "Is that with one G or two G's" - says me. "You've never heard of digg? 2 G's." Hey, at least I had the smarts to suspect it had 2 G's... Here ya go. It's fascinating how the ability to create links to various news sources or web destinations (like in digg or even in a much smaller way, our daily blogs) change the landscape of our news and entertainment consumption these days. Doncha think?
And then this! A bulldog, a chimpanzee, & kids, doing situps... really, what more do you want?
