Still breathing
I'm still alive. Somewhat. Like I said, words help. I might write some of my own soon, but for now I am leaving you with these from Philip Yancey's intro to G. K. Chesterton's Orthodoxy:
When the London Times asked a number of writers for essays on the topic "What's Wrong with the World?" Chesterton sent in the reply shortest and most to the point:
Dear Sirs:
I am.
Sincerely yours,
G. K. Chesterton
When someone asked G. K. Chesterton what one book he would want to have along if stranded on a desert island, he paused only an instant before replying, "Why, A Practical Guide to Shipbuilding, of course."
